Customer Consultant (with Odoo Experience) [Philippines]

Our client is an AU high technology consulting firm.

Job Role

• Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and pain points
• Demonstrate the Odoo platform as a solution to address client requirements
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations based on client needs
• Configure and customize Odoo core modules, such as sales, purchase, warehouse, marketing, MRP, project, and timesheet
• Install and integrate community modules as needed
• Provide clients with regular progress updates
• Collaborate with the client and the rest of the team on project implementation

Requirements

Required Skills / Experience:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiarity with Odoo.sh and core Odoo modules
• Someone with experience in using Odoo
• Ability to install and integrate community modules

Optional Skills: NA

Current Setup: Considered as a small consulting firm / considered as flat organization

Current Challenges: the company is scaling up / keeping their data private / need a staff that can stay long in the company especially after they get to give a training

Tools/CRM: Odoo (Required)

Work From Home Requirements

At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: Php23,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
