Senior WordPress Developer (Backend) [Pakistan]


 

Developers Hub (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a Backend WordPress Developer.

(Morning Shift - Onsite job)

Location: Islamabad

*Note: Candidates who are looking for remote work need not apply.This is an onsite position so you must be based in Islamabad at the time of joining.

Responsibilities

  • Plugin development
  • Plugin Customization
  • COMPLETE PHP CUSTOMIZATIONS
  • Theme customizations

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum qualification is bachelor’s in computer sciences.
  • Proven work experience as a Back-end developer
  • Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions and Databases like MySQL etc.
  • Complete knowledge of WordPress & Woo Commerce architecture (e.g., custom post types, WordPress Hooks, and existing WordPress functions)
  • Knowledge of configuring & customizing themes, plugins, and templates
  • Knowledge of how to interact with Restful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (we use GIT)
  • Good at debugging and must have problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of core PHP and other programming languages.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as vanilla JavaScript (not jQuery), jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • WordPress Development: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Php: 4 years (Preferred)
  • plugins: 4 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
