We have over 15 years of experience providing clients with legal services for Workers’ Compensation Appeals.
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, highly personable, great at taking instructions, multi-tasking, and someone who we would be proud to have as the first point of contact for our valued clients
Key duties and responsibilities:
- General reception duties, including answering the phone, email correspondence, receiving client payments and scheduling appointments
- Sending and receiving mail and couriers
- Filing documents
- Assisting with light banking duties
- Assisting with scanning and photo-copying *Preparing first drafts of certain legal documents and correspondence
Required skills or qualifications:
-Detail Oriented
-Positive attitude
-Ability to act with tact and discretion, and respect our client’s confidentiality at all times
-Self-motivated with strong work ethic
-Ability to quickly modify work priorities to meet unexpected and sometimes competing deadlines
-Take direction well and be comfortable working independently and also as part of a team
-Capable of meeting deadlines
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
