Your role will be varied but, in particular, it will involve:

• Working with stakeholders to define solution lead sourcing strategies across multiple countries and business functions
• Utilising a variety of data sources to help inform sourcing strategies
• Owning front end sourcing activities including initial outreach, candidate qualification and ongoing candidate engagement throughout their experience with us
• Successfully tailoring your approach with different candidates to be able to articulate Accenture’s EVP in relation to candidates’ needs from a new role
• Utilising different platforms to successfully source talent such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Beamery

We are eager to hear from people with a variety of backgrounds, but some experiences that will help you be successful include:

• Professional fluency in Italian (both written and verbal)
• Previous experience working in Talent Sourcing would be highly beneficial. If you have this experience from a large Technology Consultancy or multi-national corporate, then even better!
• We use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyse data and present solutions to our stakeholders. High level knowledge of these applications will set you up for success
• We use Beamery and Workday to manage candidate applications. Experience with these would be great but any experience working with large scale CRM/ERP platforms would be a bonus
