Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials and products.
• Ensure that inventory levels are maintained, and that stock is rotated to minimize waste and obsolescence.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure that all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Work with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and optimize the material flow.
• Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse workers, providing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure that they perform at their best.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy, order fill rate, and warehouse productivity.
• Responsible for more then 80 employees in Warehouse department.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a warehouse in automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications.
