Consumer Relations Associate - Remote [United States]
This is a remote position. Provide customer service to consumers via multiple channels while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives. Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes Problem-solve in a professional and effective manner. Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc…) Answer incoming calls and incoming chats Respond to incoming emails Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first-call resolution Return calls from voicemail Meet department goals `and personal KPIs High School Diploma or Equivalent .
