Consumer Relations Associate - Remote [United States]
This is a remote position.
Provide customer service to consumers via multiple channels while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives.
Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities
- Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers
- Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes
- Problem-solve in a professional and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc…)
- Answer incoming calls and incoming chats
- Respond to incoming emails
- Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first-call resolution
- Return calls from voicemail
- Meet department goals `and personal KPIs
