Consumer Relations Associate - Remote [United States]


 

This is a remote position.

Provide customer service to consumers via multiple channels while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives.

Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities

  • Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers
  • Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes
  • Problem-solve in a professional and effective manner.
  • Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc…)
  • Answer incoming calls and incoming chats
  • Respond to incoming emails
  • Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first-call resolution
  • Return calls from voicemail
  • Meet department goals `and personal KPIs
High School Diploma or Equivalent
