Our partner Find A Therapist, is on a mission to help customers find the help they need. Whether it's a cognitive-behavioral therapist, a relationship counselor, or sessions with a psychologist, the goal is to assist customers in finding the right person to help them out.

Find A Therapist is looking for a Customer Support agent to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through email, and chat. They will assist customers with inquiries and will provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a customer support position
  • Fluent English-speaking skills
  • Confident speakers that are able to explain complex things in a simple way
  • Must be based in South America
